I just spent a few days at this amazing spot. the room had a private balcony, i loved that! the beach access made it easy to enjoy the water, it was steps away. chef santosh made excellent omelets for breakfast, it was such a treat! the hotel is very clean. I appreciated that.
Securing a sunlounger by the pool was tough at times. It got busy early.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, and the staff was attentive. i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selections. They were delicious. there was a cafe with specialty coffees available near the lobby. We grabbed some cappuccinos.

The valet team was efficient. I liked that a lot! yasasi the guest relations supervisor were great. I was so appreciative. the housekeeping staff kept my room super clean throughout my stay. That was amazing.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the palm. You are close to everything. taxis were always readily available outside. It was very convenient. the hotel's private beach offers fine skyline views. We really loved that.

friendly staffidentification processhumiliating experience
the staff were friendly , making the stay acceptable.
i found the check-in process disappointing , especially regarding identification. i presented my digital id via the uae pass app , a legally accepted form in the uae , but was met with skepticism. later , we received a call stating i couldn't stay in the room , which was humiliating and inconsistent with expectations.

Housekeeping provided really good service. our room was perfectly maintained. Everything felt nice and neat. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
i had trouble getting a bed around the pool. many guests put down towels early in the morning, but they did not use the beds until much later. the pool staff did not enforce the policy regarding unused beds with towels on them. this made it difficult to find a spot to relax.
